1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ACE Review Center ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sharing your account with others is prohibited.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

ACE Review offers Free, Pro, and Premium subscription plans. Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All content on ACE Review — including questions, rationales, video lessons, study materials, and graphics — is the intellectual property of ACE Review Center. You may NOT:

• Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content
• Record, screen-capture, or photograph video lessons
• Share your account credentials or subscription access with others
• Use any content for commercial purposes
• Attempt to bypass any content protection measures

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund and may be subject to legal action.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, educational purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

6. Disclaimer

ACE Review provides review materials for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee passing the Philippine Nursing Licensure Exam. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

ACE Review shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
